1. Copyright

All content on this Service (questions, type descriptions, compatibility data, illustrations, design, etc.) is copyrighted by POCO LABO. Reproducing the quiz mechanism or type framework to build a similar service, and unauthorized access to the systems, are prohibited.

2. Sharing & Coverage

Feel free to post your results or thoughts and to introduce the site in videos, streams, blogs and articles. Monetised channels and company or brand media are welcome too. We'd appreciate a credit to "JEM Animal Test (https://jemanimal.com)" as the source. The one exception is worry consultations, which may not be reused (section 7).

3. Using the Assets

The illustrations and icons in the asset kit are free to use in thumbnails, videos and articles. Resizing, cropping, recolouring and collage are all fine. Please don't sell the assets themselves as products. The illustrations, name and voice of our navigator Yuba Rin are not part of the asset kit and may not be used without permission.

4. AI Training

Collecting or using the illustrations as training data for generative AI is prohibited. The written content (type descriptions and articles) may be used as quotations with the source credited.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Impersonation, or implying you are official or affiliated
• Tying the characters or types to political or religious advocacy
• Uses against public order and morals, or that demean a person or group
• Use by antisocial organisations
• Selling the assets themselves (merchandise, sticker packs, paid asset bundles, etc.)
• Registering the characters or type names as trademarks
• Using results to decide how people are treated, such as hiring, appraisal or screening

6. Privacy

• We use Google Analytics (cookies) for analytics (not to personally identify you).
• Age range and gender are used for aggregate statistics (and, for worry-consultation applications, when introducing you). They are not included in share URLs.
• Worry-consultation applications may be read out in a video or on a stream with your consent.

7. Worry Consultation

• Clipping, reposting, summarising, or using for AI training any worry consultation featured in our videos or streams (the submission or our reading) is prohibited. This is to protect applicants.
• Do not include anything that could identify you or anyone else, such as real names, addresses, school or workplace names, contact details, or social media accounts. Applications containing such details may be deleted unread. We cannot accept responsibility for any harm resulting from personal information you include.
• We only take worries about your own personality. We will not read consultations about other people (family, friends, partners) or content that speaks ill of others.
• We cannot read every application. We cannot answer questions about how or when submissions are chosen, and we do not notify you whether yours was read.
• We may summarise or shorten submissions for readability. Applicants are introduced by nickname, age range, and gender (anything you marked "prefer not to say" for age or gender is not shown).
• By applying, you agree that your submission may be used in our videos, streams, and their descriptions (without compensation).
• Before publication, you can withdraw by emailing [email protected] with your nickname and the date you applied. After publication, we will handle deletion requests as far as we can.
• Content involving a risk to life or to physical or mental safety will not be read in videos or streams. Please reach out to a professional support service in your area.
• If you are under 18, please get a parent or guardian's consent before applying. Submitting an application is taken as confirmation that you have that consent.
• Our readings are for entertainment and reference only, and are not medical or psychological diagnosis or advice.

8. Disclaimer

This quiz is reference information for entertainment purposes and is not a medical or psychological diagnosis. Any decisions or actions based on the results are your own responsibility. These guidelines may be changed or discontinued without notice and are governed by Japanese law.
