1. Copyright

All content on this Service (questions, type descriptions, compatibility data, illustrations, design, etc.) is copyrighted by POCO LABO. Reproducing the quiz mechanism or type framework to build a similar service, and unauthorized access to the systems, are prohibited.

2. Sharing & Coverage

Feel free to post your results or thoughts and to introduce the site in videos, streams, blogs and articles. Monetised channels and company or brand media are welcome too. We'd appreciate a credit to "JEM Animal Test (https://jemanimal.com)" as the source.

3. Using the Assets

The illustrations and icons in the asset kit are free to use in thumbnails, videos and articles. Resizing, cropping, recolouring and collage are all fine. Please don't sell the assets themselves as products.

4. AI Training

Collecting or using the illustrations as training data for generative AI is prohibited. The written content (type descriptions and articles) may be used as quotations with the source credited.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Impersonation, or implying you are official or affiliated
• Tying the characters or types to political or religious advocacy
• Uses against public order and morals, or that demean a person or group
• Use by antisocial organisations
• Selling the assets themselves (merchandise, sticker packs, paid asset bundles, etc.)
• Registering the characters or type names as trademarks
• Using results to decide how people are treated, such as hiring, appraisal or screening

6. Privacy

• We use Google Analytics (cookies) for analytics (not to personally identify you).
• Nicknames and similar entries are optional and stored only on your device.
• Your entries are included in the result's share URL, so don't enter anything you don't want known.

7. Disclaimer

This quiz is reference information for entertainment purposes and is not a medical or psychological diagnosis. Any decisions or actions based on the results are your own responsibility. These guidelines may be changed or discontinued without notice and are governed by Japanese law.
