1. Information We Collect

• Analytics: via Google Analytics 4, we automatically collect cookies, IP address, device/browser information, and usage events (test start/completion/result type/time taken to answer/share, etc.). This is not used to personally identify you. This data is also stored in our own Google Cloud project (BigQuery, Tokyo region) for analysis.
• Contact and issue reports: the message you submit through the form, any email address you optionally provide, your language setting, and a random per-device ID (used only to spot duplicate or abusive submissions, not to identify you).
• Stored on your device: your language setting and Card Deck (your core and setting results, and cards you got from others), your profile (nickname, age range and gender) are stored only in your device browser and are not sent to our servers.
• Test answers and results: answers are processed on your device and the answers themselves are not stored. Result type, language, and similar data are sent as the analytics events above.
• Age range and gender: if you choose to answer, these are sent as the analytics events above and used only for aggregate statistics.
• Information in share URLs: share URLs contain your result (type, your answer to each question, a rough measure of the time taken to answer, etc.) and language. If you enter a nickname, it is included after the "#" in the URL (to show it to the person you share with; it is not sent to analytics). Age range and gender are not included.
• Worry-consultation applications: the nickname, age range, gender, best-fitting setting, concern, optional comments on the test, and your four results submitted through the application form, plus a random per-device ID used only to spot duplicate applications (not to identify you).

2. Purpose of Use

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service; understand usage and perform statistical analysis; respond to inquiries and issue reports; prevent unauthorized access and spam; and feature submissions in videos and streams by our navigator Yuba Rin (limited to what you submit through the worry-consultation application).

3. Third-Party Services (including processing outside Japan)

• Google Analytics (Google LLC): access analytics.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting/delivery of the Service and bot protection for the form (Turnstile; includes IP address).
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS): sending inquiry, report, and worry-consultation application emails.
• Some of these may be processed on servers outside Japan.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for analytics. You can disable them in your browser settings or opt out of measurement using tools such as the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

5. Provision to Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent (excluding the service providers listed in section 3). Worry-consultation applications may be read out in a video or on a stream based on the consent given when applying (introduced by nickname, age range, and gender; contact details are never used).

6. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion

To request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of the information we hold, please contact us below. We will respond after confirming that the request is from you.

7. Security

We strive to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the information we collect and manage it appropriately.
